Real iPhone 6 VS Fake iPhone 6

A friend of mine got a fake iPhone 6. I almost thought its original too until I got a real one to confirm. So I compile a list on how to differentiate between a real and fake iPhone 6

1. Check The App Store
If its original the App Store will come up but if its fake then Google Play will come up. What is Google Play finding on IOS?

2. File Manager
Original iPhone 6 does not have file manager only fake does, so if you find file manager on iPhone 6, try to run away ;)

3. Updating iPhone 6

If you want to update iPhone 6, the page above will appear but if its fake all it will show is your device is upto date on a white background.

4. App Icons
Check your app icon, if they have border around them like an iPhone launcher then that prove your suspicions.

5. Memory Card
Original iPhone 6 does not use memory card or display any-form of external memory, so check if its has any memory card slot or check the general settings for the memory settings. If you happen to find any on the iPhone, that makes it a fake one.

  1. Imitation or counterfeiting is now one of the fastest growing and profitable industries in the world. Counterfeiting comes in various forms whether in mobile phone, cosmetic products, clothing, shoes and many more. In mobile technology, fake phones are rampant. These phones commonly has lower price than the original one which seemed to be an attractive factor to a buyer. A vigilant user can differentiate a real from a fake one with the physical design to the operating system any cheap mobile phone has. The quality of your phone will be a mirror of what your phone can do. Using a fake mobile phone gives you low quality of services too in which will lead a user to switch to another phone again. Could you see it? The customer satisfaction is not met when you’re using a fake. Try not to settle to low quality phone instead use a high quality for long lasting usage and will meet your satisfaction. Fake products will just put you to danger because of low quality components.
